Speculations on the finder and the solve of the Fenn poem

anyone got any good idea of who that guy from back East may be?

anyone have any good solid solves?

I have a few in each state I suppose.  Will do an expose later    Mostly in NM, two in Colorado, one in WY, two in MT.  Never could do a full crack of the riddle

I beleive he retrieved the treasure. he's the only one in the pics with it. I believe he will re-hide it in a new location and announce a new poem on the 4th of August!!!!!!

I never got to see the riddle/ poem

James, the treasure hunt book, The Thrill of the Chase, was being sold for like $58 before the find.  The used copies are cheaper now on Ebay.  Here's the poem from the book:

Thanks and I never heard of it till the rerun of josh gates expedition unknown and I had no way to get out to the Grand Canyon area
